TLC serves the entire San Fernando Valley. We are conveniently located one mile North of the Warner Center, in a residential neighborhood.

What Sets Us Apart

We believe that each child's early years should be filled with wonder, comfort, and joy. We delight in children and in keeping them safe, happy, and engaged in the world around them. Within our secure facility, children are allowed to develop at their own pace, surrounded by other children and caring, well-trained adults. Parents are welcome to drop by or call at any time. Any family using our center knows their children are getting top quality care and educational stimulation.
